On 26 May, the CTC’s Director of Research, Dr. Daniel Milton, was featured in a Vice News video article on the Islamic State. Entitled “The ISIS news agency: How ISIS uses a mock news agency to claim credit for attacks,” the piece examines what happens in the time between an attack occurring and the Islamic State taking credit for it.
