Brian Dodwell participated and presented in the 2011 New York State Intelligence Summit. He delivered a lecture titled, “Examining Homegrown Violent Extremism Through the Lens of Inspire Magazine,” to 185 top law enforcement executives and senior-level intelligence personnel from federal, State, local, and Tribal agencies from across New York State, surrounding states and the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. The New York State Intelligence Summit was sponsored by the New York State Intelligence Center, New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Service, New York State Police, United States Attorney’s Office – Northern District of New York, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations – Albany Field Office. It was designed to be the premier all-crimes intelligence sharing conference in New York State.
