LTC Liam Collins and Mr. Don Rassler attended the World Summit on Counterterrorism in Herzliya, Israel, 10-13 September. LTC Liam Collins spoke on the “Legal Aspects of CT” during the plenary sessions and presented as a panelist on the panel entitled “New Battlefield, Old Laws: A Dialogue between the Operational and Legal Facets of Counterterrorism”. Mr. Don Rassler served as a panelist on the panel entitled “Where is Global Jihad Headed? Al-Qaeda” and in the simulation: “The Emergence of the Sinai Peninsula as a ‘Glocal’ Terrorist Threat and the Security Implications on Israel and the Middle-East.”
