Colonel Jebb was instrumental in both establishing the Center as well as developing, what has become, the nation’s leading terrorism and counterterrorism curriculum. Colonel Jebb remains engaged in the Center through teaching its seminars and mentoring the staff and faculty.
Colonel Cindy R. Jebb is Professor and Deputy Head of the Department of Social Sciences at West Point. She teaches courses in comparative politics, international security, cultural anthropology, terrorism and counterterrorism, and military officership.
