On January 19, the Combating Terrorism Center briefed Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA) Commander BG Donald C. Bolduc on the Center’s ongoing work and current research. BG Bolduc also provided a lecture on leadership to cadets in the CTC’s Terrorism Studies minor and Irregular Warfare Group.
