Brian Dodwell was invited to the bi-monthly meeting of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council to present a lecture and lead a discussion on jihadist-based terrorism in the United States. The 50 attendees at this two hour event represented a range of law enforcement agencies from across the region. The discussion covered several key topics, to include radicalization and case studies of domestic plots. The event was coordinated through the gracious efforts of the U.S. Attorneys’ Office in Philadelphia.
