On 23 March, the Combating Terrorism Center had the privilege of briefing Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter during his visit to West Point. CTC Director LTC Bryan Price led a presentation of the Center’s most recent research, including its findings on trends in hostage-taking and its study of Islamic State media.
