Combating Terrorism Center Cyber Fellow Dr. Aaron Brantly was interviewed by CNBC on 19 November about his work on ISIS’ technological abilities. Dr. Brantly worked with CTC Research Associate Muhammad al-Ubaydi on a May 2015 CTC Sentinel article that examined the online technical support, or help desk, capabilities of the group. Their research has received considerable media coverage over the past several weeks.
