This document is an administrative template that carries detailed personal information for 144 foreign fighters who wanted to join the Islamic State of Iraq. It is headed with the title “Personal Information of the Immigrants,” and stamped with the stamp of “The Islamic State of Iraq.” And signed by “Shahin the administrator of the border sector.” It carries several questions that needed to be answered by foreign fighters, however, not all of the questions were answered.
