This collection of documents was recovered in 2002 at a compound associated with Haqqani network leaders. English language translations are provided for pages 2-4. These three pages, dated 8 July 1985, are an expenditure list of funds provided to Afghanistan’s Islamic Party by the Haqqani Authority for the purpose of financial aid. The list, which was prepared by Mir Saheb Khan, includes 39 different entries that detail who the funds were given to and for what purpose.
