
Seth Loertscher is an Associate at the Combating Terrorism Center at the United States Military Academy. A former Army officer, he served in a variety of operational and support roles while active duty, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Military Academy and a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. His research focuses on informing counterterrorism policy makers of trends within terrorist organizations.
